Fees Payable By The LandLord

LETTING AND MANAGEMENT FEES

Letting with rent collection and full management = 13% + VAT
(one weeks rent taken as Intro on commencement of tenancy)


Letting including rent collection but without management = 10% + VAT
(one weeks rent taken as Intro on commencement of tenancy)


Introduction of tenant only = 10% of six months rent plus VAT in advance


Introduction (with contracts) = 10% of six months rent in advance plus £50.00 + VAT (Minimum fee £300.00)

Contract Only = £125.00 + VAT


Inventory Only starting at (for 1 Bedroom flat) = £75.00 + VAT


Referencing Fee = £75.00 + VAT

Charges are subject to review at the discretion of Universal Property Management depending on the size of the property

• Arranging gas safety inspections
• Appropriate charges for processing insurance claims
• Redirection of mail
• Management between lettings
• Additional inspections
• Supervision of major renovation
• Overseas telephone calls/faxes
