Letting & Full Management Services

All services as provided under the Letting Only Service and Letting & Rent Service are applicable but in addition:

• Advise on the types of Tenancy avaliable
• Advise on likely rental acheiveable
• Take action to market your Property
• Recieve applications and arrange and conduct viewings
• Obtain references and/or guarentors for applicants that seem to us to be necesary.
• If instructed we prepare Notices and Agreements (to be signed by the Landlord and Tenant) and an Inventory and Schedule of Condition.
• Ensure that initial Gas Safety Record is obtained before letting and given to the Tenant before the Tenant moves in.
• On instruction, execute the Tenancy Agreement.
• Collect and Insure Deposit.
• Advise utilities of final readings and details of the new consumers
• We will be responsible for all day to day managment including arranging general repairs and maintenance
